To freeze your membership, make sure you're in good standing with no outstanding balance. A $50+ GST Freeze Fee applies for non-medical freezes, but if you have a medical reason, you won't need to pay the fee as long as you provide us with a medical note. You can freeze your membership for a maximum of 13 biweekly payments, or six months.
